The purpose of the day:

Recommendations of specific actions for your business to substantially improve your performance and profitability, based on your existing market share of market appraisals.

  1. An assessment of the upside potential of the BestAgent process for your particular business, based on where the biggest improvement opportunities lie.
  2. A mutual ‘get to know each other’ before considering whether to work together on a 3 year project.
  3. An evaluation of your current business strengths, weaknesses and opportunities.

The consultation is a preliminary assessment of the mutual opportunity of setting off on the 3 year BestAgent Process implementation programme.

Before the Day:

Once you have booked your consultation day, you’ll be asked to send some advance information.

We’ll use your answers to carry out an advance assessment, then also assess your public stock levels, marketing presence, social media and public company info, all to be discussed in person on the consultation day.

The Day:

Approximately 10am – 4pm at your office, a flexible Q&A session, broken into 3 sections:

Morning – Meet the team, understand how the 4 main sales functions are distributed (Instructions, viewings, offer negotiation, sales progression)

Lunchtime – Reflection on morning findings, relaxed conversation to explore areas you are more concerned about

Afternoon – DOVI System overview – Initial recommendations based on findings and advance numbers provided.

After the day:

A full report provided containing detailed strategy and action recommendations for your business, should either of us decide not to proceed on the 3 year programme together.

The objective of this day is that you’ll have fresh perspective on your business that will allow you to improve your turnover 30-40%, without increasing appraisal market share, even if you don’t progress onto the full 3 year BestAgent process programme.

If you do join the programme, the target for all participants is a 3x to 4x turnover within 3 years, based on existing appraisal levels, using the BestAgent process in the same way it’s been implemented at Carringtons.

  2. What is your Conversion ratio: MA to Instruction (12m or YTD instruction total)
  3. Average instruction price (property launch price)
  4. Average or typical fee percentage
  5. Total number of completions 12m or YTD.
  6. Your annual sales commission turnover, ex VAT, excl referral comms etc
