Arranging data feeds is a slow and expensive process which agents ultimately pay the price for through high subscription costs. BestAgent uses technology to automate this process to give home movers one single place where they can find all properties. This also saves agents the expense and hassle of arranging old-fashioned, unreliable and unnecessary data feeds.
We will include your direct line phone number once you supply it through your BackOffice account. Telephone leads are free.
Find My Agent helps homeowners choose the best agent to sell or let their home by making sure that all agents know they are coming to market, so they don’t risk missing out on the best agent to sell or let their home.
It’s different because agents don’t need to sign up to it. You will automatically be sent all instruction leads, at the point that owners wish to invite local agents to pitch for their business. (We don’t like the idea of charging you for business that you might not win.)
It’s then up to you to respond with your personal pitch to that homeowner with the reasons you’d like to meet them for an appraisal appointment. There’s no charge for this.
If you’re invited to pitch, you will need to set up your payment card details in your BackOffice account to get the appointment details, but you won’t be charged unless you win the instruction.
The instructed agent will automatically be charged a small commission based on the agreed instruction value between you and the owner. All agents pay the same price regardless of size or type of agent. You can see the charges on our price list.
BackOffice is a basic CRM system that is directly connected to the www.bestagent.property site, giving you the option to directly control your listings there if you wish. If you don’t we’ll continue to automatically update your listings in the way we already do.
It includes a GDPR compliant property and applicant database, real-time upload facility to Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket, automatic applicant importing from the portals and automatic matching property alert emails to all your applicants.

Yes. We want to make it as easy as possible for any agent to get up and running with the basic essential tools to market properties.
Each site provides sales and lettings listings, the ability to buy a new domain or use an existing one.
