BestAgent is one of Europe’s only fully serverless application. It uses a microservices serverless event-driven architecture built on Amazon infrastructure that is scalable for any production traffic. It is fully GDRP compliant and designed to have the highest standards of security.
BestAgent is a platform for UK residential estate agencies. Our potential customer pool is approximately 18,000. It is software that allows them to run their whole business from any smart device. It includes an instant portal uploading tool and an applicant registration tool. BestAgent also generates customisable websites, facilitates compliance with industry regulations, and much more. It is by far one of the slickest softwares out there, in an industry that has quite outdated technology. We officially launched on May 4 of this year, and are constantly adding new features. The basic version is free for agencies to use; BestAgent generates its income via customisable upgrades and third party referrals.
We are integrated with other industry suppliers, and are planning on continuing to integrate more as we grow.
Our Founder has supplied software to estate agencies for the past 20 years. He runs a legacy software that needs servicing from time to time, as we still maintain and provide support for a small group of clients.
The team members in the Paço de Arcos office make up our legal, marketing, and technical departments. Our Founder and customer relations work in the UK, however they often make trips here, and vice versa. This position would not require traveling.
BestAgent is built by a small group, and we are eager to bring on a WordPress Developer with some experience. The agency websites that BestAgent generates are WordPress, so we will need someone to be (primarily) devoted to supporting and improving those.
