Heroes of Agency, Episode 2: Perry Power

My guest today on Heroes of Agency is Perry Power, owner and founder of Power Bespoke estate agents based near Redhill in Surrey, who cover a large area of the south of England.

Perry’s passion for improving the image of estate agents and what they do is equalled only by his commitment to achieving outstanding results for all his clients. It was at the age of 12 that he knew he would become an estate agent, and it’s a lovely story behind why.

Perry has his own closed Facebook group with more than a thousand members, designed purely for agents who want to discuss industry matters in private, and where he shares his views, his ups and downs in business and his ideas with his heart on his sleeve, in his regular late night, warts-and-all Facebook live videos.

He has recorded dozens of videos giving free advice to home movers anywhere in the country on how to choose an agent and what they can do to improve their chances of getting the right result, as well as a vault of training videos that he makes available to other agents, where he shares specific strategies and techniques.

I have known Perry for over 10 years now, and his enthusiasm and passion for what he does is infectious. I record these interviews in the hope they will provide some inspiration for anyone thinking of setting up their own estate agency. Perry’s stories of how he got started are insightful, honest and I hope give the rough-and-smooth truth of what you can expect when getting started on your own.

So let’s crack on and get started. Thanks for listening and I hope you enjoy hearing it as much as I enjoyed recording, it on Perry’s actual birthday as it turned out.
