Following the #bestagentiknow campaign, BestAgent asked the winners what makes their approach to customers different from other agents?

Similarly, Power Bespoke agency owner Perry Power shared that leaving a good impression is just as important as getting the deal. The best agent goes the extra mile for customer satisfaction.

Kristjan Byfield of Base Property emphasised the importance of understanding issues and friction points for customers, especially in lettings, and devising a solution. For example, he knows tenants often wait far too long to have essential repairs, and so he launched the unique “@base/ic appliances” that provides tenants with instant appliances until their repair has been completed. Talk about on-demand attention for customers.
