Hi, I’m Rebekah Try, BestAgent’s Regional Partner for the north of England. I’m here to build long term relationships between BestAgent and estate agents across the north of England. Our goal is to help all BestAgent clients ultimately achieve:

  • Doubling of transactions
  • Halving of transaction times
  • A business that justifies and gets 2% fees

BestAgent is a new national housing marketplace for homebuyers, aiming to improve transaction numbers and speed by bringing transparency to the housing market, and championing any agent who embraces transparency and integrity in their business.

It’s easy to get involved, the first step is to sign up, free, to BestAgent BackOffice, where you will start to receive instruction and viewing leads that you can consider on a pay per lead basis.

After that, if you like what we’re doing, you may wish to consider joining the BestAgent Club, which gives you access to regular live video conferences with housing market insights, including political and economic analysis, and the unique DOVI system with group training on how to go about achieving the doubling of your business, halving of transaction times, and a service level that will earn you 2% fees with confidence.

Club Membership also opens up access to referral income share from mortgage, conveyancing and other leads generated from your properties on BestAgent’s Housing Marketplace.

Finally, there is an optional CRM system available, ideal for new start up agents, but available to all businesses, which will provide enhanced functionality in the marketing, viewing and offer management of your properties on the marketplace, as well as uploading to all the portals and automatically registering all your applicant leads.
