Nobody thinks choosing an agent is a problem, until it costs you £30k.
Chris and Cass Miller-Jones wanted to sell their house and planned to go with the agent they used ten years ago and already knew of as they didn’t think there would be a difference or a benefit in choosing someone else.
Chris and Cass tried the new concept Find your Agent by BestAgent and ended up selling their home faster than they imagined for over £30k more than expected.
Going with what they ‘knew’ would have cost them £30k if they hadn’t considered all of their local agents and widened their search beyond for sale boards, marketing and who they’d used before.
