BestAgent releases automatic Portal Lead Importing function
Agents can now store portal leads information and automatically respond to all portal enquires 24h a day.
This function is included with all free BestAgent Marketplace accounts as standard.
BestAgent has released a new free function that automatically imports all Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket leads straight into the applicant database of an agent’s BestAgent account. Agents no longer have to manually input portal lead information, no matter which of the main portals they list on.
Portal leads will then instantly be sent a response inviting them to book a viewing on the property they enquired about, any time of day.
How it works:
- When a lead enquires about a property on Rightmove, Zoopla and/or OnThe Market, BestAgent automatically imports and stores the information in the agent’s BestAgent Marketplace account.
- The imported lead will automatically receive an email from the agent with an acknowledgement of their enquiry and an invitation to book a viewing of the property they enquired about on the portal.
- Once the imported lead is stored on the agent’s BestAgent applicant database, every time the agent adds a new instruction to BestAgent (or if there is a price change), the imported leads will instantly receive new property alert emails with invitations to book a viewing of properties that match their search criteria.
This feature is available free of charge to any single-branch agent with an active BestAgent Marketplace account.
Responding to all portal enquiries is a repetitive, time-consuming task for agents who may be busy on valuations, other viewings or closing deals. This free feature, that works alongside the Online Viewing Booking feature will not only store leads as applicants adding more potential costumers to the agent’s database (increasing the chance of completing a deal) but will also give agents the chance to offer their customers a chance to book a viewing 24 hours a day.
