BestAgent releases Online Viewing Booking to single-branch agents
Applicants can now book viewings by mobile out of hour;
This function is included as standard, at no cost.
BestAgent has released a new free function which allows any new or existing applicants to book a property viewing online 24h a day. This allows applicants and agents to confirm viewings by mobile.
The online viewing booking facility is offered 24 hours a day, 100% automatically to:
- Every new portal enquiry from Rightmove, Zoopla and/or OnTheMarket
- Previous leads from portals automatically imported to the agent’s BestAgent account every time a new property is listed, within budget
- Applicants that have registered themselves via the agent’s own website
- Applicants registered by the agent themselves
When a new viewing request is received, the agent has the choice of:
- Accepting the proposed viewing time with one click
- Rejecting the viewing request as “property unavailable” with one click
- Suggesting an alternative time to view, (4 clicks, no typing)
This facility is available free of charge to any single-branch agent with an active BestAgent Marketplace account.
Viewings are commonly accepted as the lifeblood of the moving industry, from which all offers and deals originate. Until now there was no easy way for small agents to offer consumers an online booking facility, out of hours, to all applicants.
Viewing enquiry response rates and times are known to be a point of frustration for moving consumers, who either get no response to their enquiry or have to wait a day or more until the agent has time to respond.
Responding to all portal enquiries is a repetitive, time-consuming task for agents who may be busy on valuations, other viewings or closing deals.
BestAgent’s Online Viewing Booking facility is intended to make booking a viewing easier for both agents and movers, whilst still keeping agents in control of the process.
